Leo Vegoda provides bespoke services to a number of Internet-space organizations through And Polus LLC. He was ICANN’s Director of Organizational Assessment and Improvement between 2015 and 2019. He also served as the IANA Function Liaison for Internet Number Resource Allocation between 2006 and 2014. He supported ICANN in implementing systematic and sustainable improvements to its operations in the pursuit of excellence.
Before working at ICANN, Leo worked for two ISPs, and then the RIPE NCC, where he managed the Registration Services department.
