Currently Managing Director of Gordano Limited, a company specialising in development of Messaging technologies. Extensive experience in the technology industry beginning British Telecom, where he supervised large installation and commissioning projects. Moving on he worked for blue chip high-tech firms such as Ferranti, Balfour Kilpatrick and SRR. He went on to be a founding partner in an early stage Internet company and served on the board of the Scottish Internet Business Association.
