Ross Anderson is Professor of Security Engineering at the Computer Laboratory, University of Cambridge, and a fellow of the Royal Society, the Royal Academy of Engineering, the Institution of Engineering and Technology, the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications, and the Institute of Physics. He also chairs the Foundation for Information Policy Research, the UK’s leading Internet policy think tank, which he helped set up in 1998.
