Lindsay Barton works for the Australian governement convering a range of online policy issues, most recently primarily on the issue of “spam”, where he had primary responsibility for the development of the Spam Act, which was passed by the Australian Parlaiment in Dcember 2003. He is currently tempoprarily working with the OECD in Paris on spam-related issues. He has previously been involved in Defence-Industry development activities, primarily around major defence acquisitions of electronic warfare capability.
