Evan D. Brown is a partner in the law firm of Neal & McDevitt practicing technology and intellectual property law. He is an adjunct professor at Chicago-Kent College of Law, teaching a course on negotiations. Evan is also a Domain Name Panelist with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) deciding domain name disputes under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). He is a graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and received his bachelor’s degree in philosophy at Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana. At the University of Denver, Evan was the Online Editor of the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois (active) and Colorado (inactive).
