Vika Mpisane has extensive experience in ICT development, especially ICT policy, regulation and development. He is the former CEO of the .ZA (South Africa) ccTLD. He is currently a Board member at Afrinic.net. He has previously served as a Board member and Chairperson of Africa Top Level Domains (AfTLD.org), and is former ICANN ccNSO councillor. He played a leading role in the launch of the dotAfrica, dotDurban, dotCapeTown and dotJoburg domains. He is currently a Board member at Afrinic.net where he is also serving as the Chairperson of the Audit Committee.
