Stacey H. King is an attorney with Howrey Simon Arnold & White, LLP’s Washington, D.C. office and an adjunct professor of trademark law and unfair competition at The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. She is primarily responsible for issues involving trademark and copyright litigation and prosecution, domain name disputes and issues related to the Internet. Stacey has published articles on the UDRP and on database protections, and has conducted a wide range of research with regards to copyright, trademark, computer law and the Internet, electronic commerce, privacy, free speech and the Internet, UCC, licensing, and commercial transactions.
