Eliot Lear is a member of the Internet Architecture Board (IAB), and a Principal Engineer at Cisco Systems. He has operated and developed systems on the Internet since 1985, and actively participated in Internet governance policy activities since 2004. Prior to joining the IAB, Eliot was the IETF liaison manager to the International Telecommunications Union’s standardization sector (ITU-T), and is published in the area of Internet address management.
