Graduate of Sciences Po in 1992, Arnaud Franquinet began his career as a financial consultant in M&A at PWC then Mazars (specialized in Insurance and investment management sector). He then joined Michael Page International and Bernard Julhiet, a French company, as headhunter during 5 years.
In 2002, he was appointed by the French government as #3 of the Office Français de Protection des Réfugiés et des Apatrides (French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons), as chief of staff.
In 2005, he was recruited by Grant Thornton as VP HR in France and member of the international HR Committee; 5 years later he was promoted in the French Executive Committee in charge of HR and Business development.
In 2016, he co-founded WantMore.Work, a search engine for identifying consultants, before joining Gandi as COO in 2018, then CEO in 2023.
Arnaud Franquinet was also elected to Afnic’s Board of Directors and to Nominet’s Registrar Advisory Board.
He sits on the Afnic Foundation, which supports the development of a solidarity-based Internet, on the Board of Directors of Arborus, which promotes diversity in the professional world, and on the Strategic Orientation Council of JobIrl, a French association providing career guidance and promoting access to education.
