David Snead is a Santa Fe-based attorney representing Internet infrastructure providers. Since 1995, he has advised technology companies, focusing exclusively on Internet infrastructure since 1999. He is director of the Secure Hosting Alliance and co-founder of the Internet Infrastructure Coalition (i2Coalition), where he led advocacy efforts for the industry. David also chairs the board of CasaQ, a shelter supporting LGBTQ+ youth facing homelessness. He holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in International Affairs from Trinity University. He is a member of the bars of New Mexico and the District of Columbia.
