Joe Baptista is a founder of the PublicRoot Consortium and its Director of Research & Information. He is a TLD administrator and Director of Planet Communications & Computing Facility (PCCF). PCCF is a network service provider to the PublicRoot system. He has been active since July 1997 as a representative of the Inclusive Name Space in technical conferences on Internet Governance. In the 90’s he developed the first DNS havesting technologies used to harden military resolvers in the United States. These same technologies are today used by the PublicRoot to monitor the growth, evolution and security of the Inclusive Name Space.
