- Born in Portugal, in 1966. Working as a full-time Environmental Engineer and Total Quality Manager in one major Portuguese food industry plant.
- Back in 1996 he has been ‘introduced’ to the World Wide Web and, since then, it has become one of his favourite hobbies. His personal Web site, “Intelligence and IQ tests”, is already a reference for Portuguese speakers interested in the subject and has been visited by more than 250,000 visitors since May 2000.
- Owner of the CPSnet Web Awards, a web awards program established in July 2001 and rated now as one of the “World’s Top Awards” and 5.0 (in possible 5.0) by “Awards Sites!”, the premier web awards rating organization.

He is also involved with Webmates (as a member and he designed the website).
