Olubunmi Aluko is a telecommunications consultant and FTTH specialist with experience in broadband infrastructure, FTTH deployment, operational execution, and project leadership across Nigeria. His work spans telecommunications strategy, execution systems, and organizational capability development, with a focus on translating technical and strategic frameworks into practical implementation.
He is the Founder of OALI Institute, focused on advancing strategy, leadership, and execution through applied learning and capability development. He has worked across major telecommunications projects involving Huawei, ZTE, and CloudTalk, including FTTH engineering, project management, OSP management, product support, and operations leadership.
