Dr. Muhammad Shabbir is a researcher, writer, and policy advocate based in Pakistan. He is the Founder and CEO of Pathfinder Solutions (SMC-Private) Limited, Coordinator of the IGF Dynamic Coalition on Accessibility and Disability (DCAD), and a Member of the Global Leadership Council of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP).
