Justin Philip Flores is the founder of Himalogic, a software engineering firm based in Kathmandu, Nepal, and serves as head of development for a US-based educational technology company. He has 25 years in web and software development and industrial design, and is a named inventor on six US patents. He is the author of draft-flores-airp-provenance, an IETF Internet-Draft specifying a provenance, verification, and reputation standard for AI inference, along with an Apache-licensed reference implementation. He serves on the AI Committee of the Nepal Association for Software and IT Services Companies, and writes about AI and the design of accountable systems at Logos Analog.
