Radix closed the holiday sales with 35,000+ paid registrations across the .online, .site, .website, .space, .tech, .press and .host TLDs.
Radix has been actively working behind the scenes to create a splash across the domain name market with aggressive Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals. Domainnamewire recently reported that there were sales expected across over 20+ registrars last week.
“With customers on the look-out for attractive offers across all products, we wanted to ensure that we have the best domain deals out there. The Radix TLDs present a great mix of options for a varied set of customers and their proven success has helped us garner support from Registrars across the globe!” said Sandeep Ramchandani, Business Head at Radix.
Radix TLDs have seen a significant spike in registrations, brining several of them to the top 15 fastest growing new TLDs list.
‘.online’ shines through as the top performer among new TLDs on GoDaddy and in the top three at Namecheap through the sale period.
“It is humbling and re-assuring at the same time to see the early success of the Radix domains portfolio, and we’re excited about 2016!” said Neha Naik, Director of Channel Partnerships at Radix.
This comes on the heels of .online breaking all records to become the fastest new web extension to sell 100,000 domain names.
A quick scan through the Registrar websites showed domains selling from anywhere between $1 - $4.99 building momentum right from Black Friday on the 27th , all the way upto Cyber Monday on the 30th of November.
