On Monday, 9 November 2015, the Global Internet Governance Academic Network (GigaNet) will hold its 10th annual symposium in João Pessoa, Brazil. The event will take place one day before and in the same location as the United Nations Internet Governance Forum (IGF).
GigaNet, an international association of academic researchers focused on the multidisciplinary field of Internet Governance, was founded in 2006 and is open to researchers worldwide who are contributing to local, regional and international debates on Internet Governance.
The upcoming event is free of charge and anyone can participate. GigaNet is currently receiving proposals for academic presentations for the event in November.
