Several Major Tech Companies File Suit Against FCC Over Net Neutrality Repeal

Several major tech companies, including Kickstarter, Foursquare and Etsy, filed a lawsuit today against the Federal Communications Commission in an effort to preserve net neutrality rules. Other companies in the group include Shutterstock, Expa and Automattic. Like the other lawsuits, their new case hinges on the Administrative Procedure Act, which they argue prevents the FCC from ‘arbitrary and capricious’ redactions to already existing policy.”
