ARI Registry Services Supports One of the First New TLDs to Pass Pre-Delegation Testing

ARI Registry Services has become one of the first back-end registry services providers to pass the rigorous pre-delegation testing regime for new Top-Level Domain applicants following official notification from ICANN today that ????. has passed.

dotShabaka Registry, the applicant for ????. (.shabaka, translates to .web in English), received official confirmation today that they have successfully passed pre-delegation testing. This is one of the last crucial steps in determining whether an applicant is deemed suitable to operate a new Top-Level Domain.

Today’s confirmation signifies ARI Registry Services as one of the first back-end registry services providers to have their systems officially tested by ICANN and given the stamp of approval.

“We are now one of the first officially confirmed providers of new Top-Level Domain registry services in the world,” said Adrian Kinderis, CEO of ARI Registry Services. “This means our other clients can be confident they’ll also pass pre-delegation testing, and it should spark interest in those applicants who are uncertain about their current back-end service providers.”

Mr Kinderis said passing ICANN’s pre-delegation testing requirements is no small feat.
