Dr. Kenny Huang is a pivotal figure in Asia’s Internet community, significantly shaping Taiwan’s digital landscape. With extensive expertise, he has held prominent roles in global Internet governance, including APNIC Executive Council member, APNIC Policy SIG Chair, NRO Number Council member, PIR Board member (.org), TWNIC Board member, and advisor to .taipei Registry and dot Asia. As a founder of APAN TW and ISOC Taipei, he has driven innovation and policy development. Dr. Huang co-authored IETF RFC3743, co-chaired CGP (LGR for the Root Zone) and JET, and advised CDNC. He collaborates with Taiwan’s government on technology policies, serving on the e-Government Committee, Government & IT Transform Committee, and as MOTC project leader on IPv6 and broadband policies.
